A racing time in Melbourne for the Cup.

November began with a hectic but very exciting trip to Melbourne to enjoy the racing festivities of the Melbourne Cup. slave tate had the privilege of accompanying Me for this special occasion as he has a strong interest in horse racing.
W/we spent a fabulous 3 days with My sister and her partner and ended up at the Yarra Valley Racecourse due to last minute organisation which turned out to be a really great day. Even more so as I had backed the winner upon My slave’s advice *GRINS*. Despite the cool conditions and threat of wet weather which held off until W/we left the racecourse in the late afternoon, it truly was a day for celebration and the champagne was flowing freely.
